  • For haircut appointments, we suggest coming back every 6 to 8 weeks. For color touch-ups, we suggest 4 to 6 weeks. For highlights, we suggest 6 to 8 weeks. For balayage, we suggest 8 to 10 weeks. For keratin treatments we suggest 3 to 4 months.

  • We have adopted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. We appreciate customers who call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made and always work with them to reschedule. “No Shows” are responsible for 100% of cost of appointment.

  • Yes we do. You may purchase them in-person at our salon location. Please let us know the type of service you are trying to purchase and the type/length of hair and we will give you an estimate so that you can purchase the gift certificate that you need.   • We are understanding of Los Angeles’ crazy traffic hours, but if you are more than 15 minutes late you may not receive the service with the stylist you reserved. Please call to notify of delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment.
