Rescheduling & Cancellation
At You Pretty Things, we totally get that life can be unpredictable. We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. If cancellations happen within that 48-hour window, a fee of 50% of your scheduled service will apply. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or if you’re a no-show, you’ll be charged 100% of the service fee.
We do require a credit card on file when booking.
Running Behind?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please know that your appointment will still wrap up at the scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.

Salon Client Conduct & Service Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client’s behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, disrespectful or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for staff or other clients. We reserve the right to ask a client or guest to leave the salon to de-escalate a situation, this does not constitute a cancellation, waiver, or refund of charges.
If service is refused or discontinued due to client conduct, the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged, regardless of whether the service was completed. Appointment time is reserved exclusively for each client.
